A private non‑profit foundation university founded in 2008 by the Foundation for Science and Arts (BİSAV). It began operations in 2010 in Altunizade, moved to Dragos campus in Kartal, and was officially closed on June 30, 2020 due to financial and legal issues; students and staff were transferred to Marmara University.
